If you are buying multiple items you may have to wait a week or two before they ask for payment. Their website is for the birds and you have to exercise patience with it to find what you are looking for. They have a good selection of vendors especially those that offer 3D printing. I purchase all my modern 1/700 USN 3D printed accessories and they have no problems handling large or small orders, mixing and matching. Shipping pricing is ehh, but you get your items 5-8 days after payment and always packed tight. You are able to track your order and if you are signed up for “Informed Delivery” with USPS just add the tracking # to the USPS website and you can track your package right to your door. Not bad considering it is coming from Hong Kong. I have never had a problem with any of my orders.
Highly recommend this vendor.

I have used them for a number of years. Their prices are very good compared to many other far eastern shops and their customer service is excellent. However, their postage rates were very reasonable until about a year ago and they have now increased greatly. I think this is just a sign of the times for postage/shipping. Previous Message
First, how is their service? Second, how do their shipping prices compare? I have never ordered from them, but am currently contemplating it.
