Trumpeter has a BB-56 kit but not sure what time period. It is an older kit and if like their BB-55 kit might be worth waiting for a new kit. I hope Vee Hobby would do one, as their South Dakota class is very good and their Iowa class looks good (though I have not built their MS or NJ, I own both and like what I see).
