I have a few US Navy propeller plans. They have cross sections of the blades containing measurements. They indicate where the blade axis is. The position of the cross section is given as a fraction of the blade radius.

What I don't understand in how the rotation of each cross section is specified.

There are values listed

P / 2*PI = for various radii fractions, which do not match those of the cross sections.

For those same radii fractions there are values listed from about

32" to 102" for each of the radii fractions immediately above.

Does anyone know what to look for and how to find the pitch of a cross section?
