Wikipedia told me she was a prototype for the LCS, but the entry was plainly pretty dated, and I wondered what she was currently up to. Another rather disjoint site (showing a more current photo, but dated to 2007) on her reported that she was badly damaged in 2006, running at 30 knots in an overly high sea state, and hit by "rogue waves." A Congressman from the district where she was sent for repair was demanding she be turned into an operational, commissioned, armed warship. Much too expensive, and she was only ever intended to be experimental. That Congressnan did not get his way.
Otherwise, most of the entries I got tended to repeat Wikipedia, stating she was a concept test ship for LCS. Photos show modifications over time, most notably to the structure above her bridge.
The most recent article I could find on her was dated 2020:

She's doing "experimental stuff." Possibly classified at some level anyway.
