That was a delivery, headed to Dan Kaplan's place in NYC. I think they are going to use it as their son's playhouse.

My daughter sent me a picture of the bow section of a sub being barged off the coast of New Jersey at Asbury Park. North bound.
Virginia class? Assume it is bound for Groton
