I have the kit as well. Looks great but I hope they downsize and release their 1/72 type IXC early.

After several delays, it appears that the Revell 1/144 Type IX U-Boot kit is available in Europe. There are 3 sites on E**Y that list the kit and MN Modelar in Czech has it listed on their website. Hopefully it won't be long until the kits appear in the US
