I wonder if you can kit bash the two kits to get a 1942 San Diego? Or, would back dating the VEE kit be the easier route??

The hull of Dragon's San Diego is catastrophic.
The new 1/700 Vee Hobby is much better. They offer San Diego and Oakland.
