This copy condition: Near Fine inside and out, unused, no bends or tears, was stored flat in my original archival bag [ included] so: no wear.
Book size: 17 1/4 inch X 11 inch X 3/8 inch book is a full coverage of scale drawings for Iowa class but specifically for the U S S Missouri Tokyo Bay 1945 with detailed plans, profiles and drawings of all the fittings. Has table of contents, abbreviations, quality printed B&W photo images, hull lines covers full 11 X 17 page and very finely drawn and detailed line drawings.

Condition: Very Good to Near Fine [unused, no bends or tears] is my 10 inch X 14 inch, 178 pages paper copy: "U S S Missouri War Diary" [White Clear Copies] printed direct from U S Govt. microfilm: stamp on page one notes: San Francisco, Calif. 14 May 1945 [and] Copy to CinCpac. This is all fully typed and is C.O. signed and entails the ship’s and escort destroyer's movements during 16 Aug. 1944 to 31 Jan. 1946 only. First page is War Diary Operation Order event on 16 August 1944 Gunfire Training [includes rounds expended] in Chesapeake Bay, 'Flag' present, etc. and U S S Alaska movements in this Task Group.
I am sure most readers here knew about the 8 Sept. 1944 towing exercise off Gulf of Paria, Trinidad. First BB-63 towed CB-1 from a dead stop. Then CB-1 failed to tow the Missouri due to parting of 'Manila Line'. Six days later the tow was successful [no mention other than that].
