There are quite a few groups on FaceBook that focus on wooden ship models, mostly stick and string (sailing) types. Two of the larger groups are MODEL SHIP WORLD and SHIPS OF SCALE. Both have a section for selling models and kits. You have to be a member, but it's free.

Any suggestions for where to sell those expensive wooden ship models I now realize I will never build....

Am at work now so there is not a list yet but there are about a dozen ranging from entry level to advanced...

Not a fan of selling on the four letter word auction site....
