You might have better luck contacting the vendor from whom you bought your kit. I have had only one dealing with Flyhawk customer service, and maybe it was because of translation problem, I can't say it was a very polite response, or very helpful, either.
I had a similar issue and e-mailed them using the address on their website, but have never received any form of reply in the 18 months since my e-mail. I sent a second e-mail, but still no reply.
My suppler, in the UK, also attempted to acquire a missing sprue for me, but again no joy.
It's annoying when their kits are so wonderful, that their customer service is so poor.
I have a Prince of Wales kit missing a sprue - anyone had experiences in getting replacement parts ?
