I'm going to try my hand on my first wooden kit, the Dumas 1935 cabin cruiser. The problem is, the thin wooden sheets comprising the laser-cut parts have warped.

I'm thinking of soaking them in very hot, possible boiling water and pressing them between two flat surfaces under pressure.

Anybody have comments on thhis, or a better idea?
