I have to absolutely tip my hat to the customer service of brass barrel manufacturer Master Model.
Honestly, they have gained my admiration & respect- they jumped in when I had a request & not a simple one- it involved a series of emails of which they were completely on top of over the course of a week....
When things tend to go deeper & deeper into the weeds ? And you feel as though you're wearing a hole in the carpet as a customer, possibly ?
They didn't shy away in the least & were straight on the mark. I intend to keep my business with them whenever possible. Just plain great folks & they truly felt like "one of us" !!!
