Because you mentioned auxiliaries, Dutch Fleet Naval Miniatures made some of them.
The problem here is that these are very large ships, which can be printed only in a lower quality.
It requires that a lot of work to get the surfaces somehow smooth. Here as an example, a built model of USNS Lewis and Clark by Christoph Mentzel:

The smaller ships could be printed in a better quality, e.g. the Dutch offshore patrol ship Zr. Ms. Zeeland :
