to be printed on mylar then on paper as paper shrinks & expands at the same time. past experience.

Does anyone know of a vendor who can print ship plans on heavy paper with folding and cellophane?

I have receive a lot of requests for copies of my NJ plans. I'd like to print off some copies at 1:196 scale. But I don't want to do them on roll paper at Staples.
