My quick scan of the book left me with a favorable impression. To your point a deeper read will be telling. I am thrilled with the information on post war craft. These are far less documented than the war time craft. I also like the consolidation of the late John Lambert’s work in one volume.

I look forward to reading this volume.

My copy arrived today. Big fan of his works; read almost all of them. I’m more of a boat nerd than ship geek so I’ve been looking forward to this one. Lots of info to digest. Going to take my time.
