Dating back to 1993, Skywave/PitRoad issued #W09 a USS Cannon (DE-99) and reissued as #SPW 22 in 2013.
Other "DE's" issued by Skywave/PitRoad are #W08 USS Buckley (DE-51) and #W18 USS Rudderow (DE224).
Hope this fills in some information for your search.
