I've been to Art's house. He had a mapmaker print, in sections, Pearl Harbor in 1/700 scale.
Art has put a lot of time and effort in putting this together.
To see the Japanese attack fleet in 1/700 waterline is nothing short of amazing. The pictures are one thing, walking around trying not to help the IJN sink any ships is another.
He has many more ships on shelfs that he will not be using.
He is an model making workhorse. Previous Message

I’ve added the aviation fuel tanks on Ford Island. I’ve started on the Lexington air group. I’ve put down some photo etch rail tracks. I’ve added grass mat base to the sub base area with buildings being added. And I’ve gone completely crazy and decided to add Hickam as well!
