I would say the New Orleans CA-32 fits the bill. Appears the Torpedo struck and then was followed by a larger explosion that separated the bow. Definitely caused a detonation of the small arms magazines and potentially 8" magazines above.

I can’t think of a single treaty cruiser that had a magazine detonate.
