Bureaucratic imbecility. The record of the war is being altered to show only Union victories.
Except that Chancellorsville was one of those odd turning points in the war. It was victory and tragedy for Lee all in one.
I can only conclude that our Sec. of the Navy is a moron with no sense of history.
