Did anyone consider that it was bad luck to change the name of a ship once it was in service? For example, the third OLYMPIC class liner was originally named GIGANTIC, but was renamed BRITANNIC after the TITANIC disaster. Perhaps this is just an old sailor's tale. Previous Message
