....of HMS DREADNAUGHT by JSC Models in Poland. Frustrating to no end, directions were ambiguous if not just plain backward/reverse of how it was supposed to fit, at times.
Got roughly 1/3 in & junked it.
A ceremony involving fire, IIRC !!....

Picked up a Heller 1/72 Heinkel He-112 at a yard sale. Crummy kit. The plastic was brittle and cracked at every opportunity. No decals. NOTHING went right. I finally gave up on it and tossed it right into the trash.
Fortunately, only lost a buck on it.
Anybody else?
