Imperial Hobby has announced he will produce HMCS Warrior after all. Still taking preorders at the announced price but price will go up after release because of increased production costs. Previous Message
Not a response to your Triumph request Nick but just to also let you know that your IHP RN Lights are always great to see.
I have taken your earlier advice and purchased HMS Triumph to convert to the best of my ability into Sydney 1951. Good photos are really scarce and probably the best way to go would be official scale plans for the time. The Bunker Studios twin 40's posted above are at least a start for the armament.
Lars regularly posts your builds and they are most welcome, and I hope they continue even though it has been posted earlier that IHP may be ceasing production of these carriers. Previous Message
Thanks for posting Lars, and thanks for the kind words Jon and Phil.
Triumph with the temporary angled flight deck is on my radar. I would definitely do it, but for a lack of pictures.
There are a couple of photos in Neil McCarts book on the Colossus class ships, but these are taken after the trails with the deck markings mostly worn away.
Any better pictures would be most welcome.
Cheers

HMS Perseus , which was used as trial ship for the development of the steam catapult. Both, FAA and USN planes were used to test the catapult.
