Fuel is now at $4.60/gallon in my area. I was talking to a fuel distributor & he mentioned that gas could be around $7 a gallon by the 4th of July.

The biggest killer of warships is the economy. Nothing else is even close.

Lets just say the fuel for an Arleigh Burke class jumped to $10/gallon. I could see some Navy captains joking about retro fitting their ships to have a bank of oars.
