YES,even Chamberlain realised the ongoing threat and that at that time Britain had under armed forces that needed severe modernising and enlarging!

Surely not intentionally for those reasons?, (although the short gap before war started did allow a little breating space).

Last night I tested my old civil defense geiger counter and charged the battery in my Russian made dosimeter. Too many people in power pushing for war with Russia. They will get their war but my loved ones (and millions of non combatants) will face the consequences.
