It was just one guy actually, on two models. He'd been inspired by looking at turn-of-the-century builder's models which sometimes had acres of polished brass fittings on them. But it is an interesting look, and it does have precedent. Previous Message

I was at this event on Saturday and took a number of photos of the models that were in the competition. There were a fair number of ship models, I focused on those.
