Re: Fly hawk POW Question
For what it is worth, I looked at the size of that part and decided that using it was beyond the capability of my 76 year old eyes and hands. I am going with the styrene as molded engine mount for the Walrus.
You're right! I'm wrong!
I donít think so. Photoetched part C17 is part of the engine mount on the Walrus. The directions show it being glued to the lower wing and then the engine mounting on it.
Isn't that part 17 on fret C?
I am building the Flyhawk POW. The instructions show how to assemble the Walrus amphibious aircraft, both with and without photoetched parts. But they say nothing about mounting it on the ship itself.
More importantly, I am unable to find a launch cradle for the aircraft. Drawings show some sort of cradle that rides on the catapault rails. But the instructions do not show such an assembly, nor can I find anything on either the styrene sprues or the photoetched frets. Am I missing something?
