Sounds like you may want a "corner chisel"
Corner chisels are designed to cut corners into wood and plastic. They come in a number of sizes and are used like a punch. Try a Google search on "corner chisel" - there are YouTube videos and pictures of different kinds for sale. Not knowing where the hole is in the hull, or how thick the plastic (wood?) is, this may (or may not) help. Good luck!
Maybe your dentist might have something that will work
Would anyone know where I can find a miniature triangular scraping tool to help square the inside of a hole I had to drill in the hull of a ship? I've drilled the hole, and turned the circle into a square with square and flat miniature files, but I would like to use a scraper to sharpen and true the inside corners of the square. I am looking for a tool that would look like this--except with sharp edges on the triangular scraping tool: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01C4QZ7R8/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A1FMUOMSDTCB8X&psc=1
I'd be grateful for any assistance--I've looked high and low on the web without success.
