Trumpeter has put out two 1/350 kits of the Tashkent, a 1940 version with three single 130mm guns and, more recently, a 1942 version with three twin 130mm guns. The ship was designed with the three twin 130mm turrets, but they weren't ready when she was completed.
For whatever reason, Trumpeter likes to spell the name "Taszkient," which can be confusing.
The 1942 version should have different light AA than the 1942 version (37mm vs. 45mm), and may have a twin 76.2mm mount aft of the aftermost twin 130mm mount.
I have the 1940 version, but haven't started it yet. It looks great, though! The PE that is included is not all you will need.
Anything else you need? I have some references on her, some in Russian.
Hope this helps!
