I use 'Xuron'-brand PE cutters, they are about the size of regular plastic nippers that people have, but the Xuron are a blue handled. It does say '440 Xuron, Seco ME Made in USA' near the base of one of the cutters. But I think 'Xuron' PE cutters is all you need to inquire.
I still see modelers use a sharp, new knife and glass, I've tried that but can Never get a close shave, but I do with these Xuron scissors, using a mag lens and cutting Really close. ( IN fact there are times I cut the rail posts to get an 'even posts' and I SPLIT the posts in half... I call it "splitting hairs" done a few times!!!! ) But WATCH OUT, if left open they will cut fingers, like a paper cut!!
But How 'Bout YOU!!! That MISSOURI 350 is a huge kit, I have one (not built) in WWII fit and NEW JERSEY in modern-era also not built. I Am SO Jealous on how your boot line is so straight and parallel, my boot lines have (sometimes) waves on them or they tend to dip, then rise sharply to 'catch-up' with molded line!!
Just curious, even though it was on a thread below, but do you have any close-ups??? Any 'Additions' that you use besides PE... barrels, deck hardware, resin casts???
