You have a few choices. CA (super glue) is probably used the most. The problem with CA is you have to be right the first time, every time, as it sets very quickly. White glue (Elmers) will also work. It doesn't hold as well as CA but gives you more time to position the part(s). There is a type of white glue called "canopy" glue that is used to glue aircraft canopys down. This is normally what I use for PE parts. When working with PE parts, I buff the brass with 360 grit sand paper or finer before I cut them off the sprue. Buff until the brass takes on a matte finish. This gives the glue more surface area to adhere to.
