Thanks for starting this thread, Felix, and thanks to all of you for the nice comments.

Quite clearly this is a knowledgeable group, about the ship itself and also the model kit. So your feedback is appreciated all the more, and will be helpful to anyone who wants to build this model in the future.

Speaking of the future, I have recently heard that Trumpeter will indeed come out with a Gorizia. If so, this will make Steve happy (and lots of other folks!).

Hi Chuck,

Really nice job on the Zara. I'm inspired to break mine out but I got too many projects on the workbench so there's no room. Also thank for the excellent article in FineScale Modeler magazine, I learned a few things.
