Great film! Based on the quickie shot of what looks like NYC in the background I'm assuming the mothball fleet was the one at Hoboken, NJ.
They should have shown what that LT did to get sent to the mothball fleet (collision, grounding, running over the Admiral's dog ...)

Found this by accident. Starts with some interesting and nice shots of the Guam and Alaska, as well as a glance at the North Caroline and Washington. You see a bunch of mothballed DD's as well but I think the real treat is for any CAG fans out there. Filmed on the USS Canberra and shows some nice details of one of these ships living and breathing. The acting is a little over the top and somewhat classic Twilight Zone, but some definite eye candy for some.
