Warped plates can be made straight easily : just dip them 30s in a pan filled with boiling water, then lay on a flat cold surface and its done. Protect your fingers from the water!
Damaged parts, broken parts will be replaced for free: just drop an email to Mélaine at l'Arsenal, giving ref number of part, name and invoice number and she'll send you a replacement ASAP.
