MMD, think of Squadron. When Squadron, run by MMD, went belly up, they owed Steve a large amount of money of which he is likely to see nothing. To get to the minor food fight over e-books, I think you can call them books but I want a physical book that is not dependant on electrons hanging around. Having just reviewed Steve's German Battleships 1909-1919, a superb product by the way and very economical, I can't imagine how an e-book could match the high quality of the photographs printed on glossy paper.
