Hard thing for a business to recover from. And businesses can do the stupidly simple things to sour a customer. Like paying for UPS ground and getting First Class Mail parcel and your e-mail complaint is ignored. Like everything is priority mail but everything comes First Class. Like when you delete items from your catalog so you can no longer backorder or be alerted when back in stock. You are told it was a mistake they are not leaving the line but working on updating. And catalog remains not updated. Yup times do change. Just have to navigate change, not anticipate and remember change can go both ways.
