Its not that unusual these days. I ordered a 1:1250 scale submarine model from Russia in early October. It got to Chicago (Why Chicago? I live on the east coast!) one week later. The US post office put tracking on it as being on its way in late October. I still haven't received it and suspect I never will. I ordered a replacement in December. As of Dec 24 the second item was in Chicago. Still don't have that one either but it does look like it is finally moving again. I lost quite a bit in the mails last year but MOST of the losses were on orders from Germany. The postal connections with Germany are awful at best right now. Although your order isn't from Germany perhaps you are affected by whatever factors are screwing up the mail right now (besides, Covid, theft, etc.) I don't know what else to tell you except, "Good Luck!" Maybe your order will show up. Previous Message
Well it's officially been 4 months since I placed a sizable order of Profile Morske books. They charged my VISA (under the name "Blackdragon"). I haven't heard from them since. Should I give up. Am I a fool for rushing to the mail box with anticipation every two days. Is this the way Profile Morskie typically orders. Is there a US retailer for Profile Morskie publication?
Thanks, but I just had to express my frustration on this issue.
Sincerely,
Mike in Edmonton
