I am searching for information to built HMS Gloucester as in 1991 (Operation Granby, Second Gulf War, Operation Desert Storm for the US).

I found only few photos, e.g. in
Strike from the Sea by Iain Ballantyne

Sea Power. Desert Storm Special by Peter Gilchrist (appears to contain mainly photos taken before the war)

My main questions are:
did Gloucester had torpedo tubes when deployed to the Gulf?
what kind of lighter guns did she had?
any special markings? Union Jack on the bridge and also rear of the Phalanx?

Here is a photo with USS Fife (DD-991) in the background - was that made in 1991? Fife was part of Desert Storm.
