Yes, last time was many years ago.
A year ago I did delete the 'my order problems particulars file' - it was a LONG wait.
I emailed them many times and finally got my order [ all of it ..?]

I placed an order on December the 27th. Got a confirmation email that also said that orders might be delayed.
I emailed to ask about the status on January 3rd and no answers and we are the 8th.
I understand mail is slow right now but no answer to email?
