The book: Jacques Cousteau's Calypso, authors Jacques Cousteau and Alexis Sivirine, Harry N Abrams, Inc, Publishers, New York, 1983 ('guess it's not that recent....) 192 pages

Lavish colour, fold-out (4 pages) interior and 5 pages sections interior.

2-page profile of 1942 Minesweeper J-826
2-page profile of Calypso, 1968
4 half-page profiles of Calypso as 1950 coastal ferry, 1954, 1958, 1959 Calypso as research vessel

You could build about 7 variants, at least, using this refereence.
Best of fortune finding one!

I would like to built Calypso, but in 1/700, i.e. a conversion of Samek's YMS.
