It appears their ordering system is fully automated with the only human in the loop being the person packing and shipping orders if the item is on hand. I read the reviews on the Internet and checked Better Business Bureau/ Consumer Affairs after the excitement and rush of my first couple and last dealings so duh on me.
See what happens and then check your credit card. No charge, no foul.
Based on my experience I avoid because they are sloppily unorganized supposedly “business” relying on software and a person packing. I have better things to do with my time and shop with other vendors.
If that hurts their reputation too bad then they should have made an effort to change my experience. Honesty deal with it.
