Good to hear of the new Steve Wiper book; thank you for the, "Now hear this."
'Much personal admiration, here, for Steve's dedication to research and consistency in producing high-quality volume after high-quality volume.
The early 20th century German battleships represented that country's largest-in-history heavy ship building program and this book should be "...fascinating." (Thank you, Cdr. Spock.)

The current classic Warships web page list a new book "German Battleships 1909-1919". I know this book has been a labor of love for Steve. He has spent a great deal of time colorizing several photographs for the book. Hopefully publication details will follow. My check is already in the mail.
