Ummmmmmmm................no. Bone black has brown to it, the only true neutral black is lampblack. To tone down the brightness of the initial white if mixing your own use zinc white instead of titanium white.
The point is, paint loses its distinct color as it is weathered, and becomes more towards a neutral gray (devoid of color). It is important to use a neutral gray because a gray made with titanium white has blue in the black. Neutral has bone black, no blue.
