Who has had problems with North Star Models shipments.

My late February order never arrived
I've written several emails

The first code (RI100335262UA) you gave me on February 19th , since it didn't arrive you wrote me that it came back ... (go and check it is a package that you sent to your customer in France. !!!!! (shipping 6 may!!!!)
The code of May 13 (RI100415694UA) the code is non-existent .......

last contact on September 30th you wrote me that you would be informed, then nothing .....

now the money are lost, after several orders over the years ... congratulations ............ for your correctness...........
