Going by the photo's I have of Agincourt for roughly the 1916 period my painting advice would be for the hull and superstructure to be painted light grey. The turret roof tops should be painted a dark grey, but the 3 sighting hoods and range finder (on all of the turret roof tops) should be painted light grey. The capstans appear to be light grey on top and the lower working sections painted black as well as the anchor chain. The funnel tops should also, be painted black.

According to R.A. Burt, Agincourt had her torpedo nets and booms removed in 1914 after joining the Grand Fleet and the photo's I have seem to confirm this. Other than some of the battlecruisers, I'm not aware of any RN battleships that still were carrying torpedo nets in 1916 and would welcome any information to the contrary.
