Try Resin Shipyard...Canadian company that maintains a page on HMCS colors and model paint equivalents (and it looks like they might still sell WEM colourcoats matched to HMCS colors)...

I'm about ready to paint my Trumpeter 1/700 HMCS Huron and I don't trust the colour recommendations. Trumpeter says the upper works should be grey and green. Any built models I've seen online have various shades of light blue instead of green. Is Trumpeter correct? If it should, in fact, be blue which sort of blue should it be?
Also, Trumpeter says the deck should be "deck blue". I thought RN/RN ships with steel decks had then painted grey. Any thoughts>
