Back in September this year, a friend emailed me photos of his Sumner class DD painted in Measure 21. He puts all his models on an "ocean" base. He told me he had to tinker with the contrast for the photos he sent. Even then, I had to look twice at one of the photos to be sure there was a ship there.

Yes...Camouflage really does work...(at least that scheme does.) I was pretty impressed, actually!
