There appears to be a network of rails criss-crossing at 90 degrees. That might indicate a transfer table - Germans had a similar method for their UBoat bunkers at Lorient, etc. But in this case there seems to be several structures (removable?) in the way...unless they can somehow maneuver their ship at right angles!
I've seen some wild drydocking before, but this is way too far inland for a ship of this size. It's the Russian Battlecruiser Admiral Nakhimov in Sevmash being refitted and modernized. I can't understand how they'll refloat it without destroying everything to the north of the ship.
