If you Google U-505 Chicago, then select images, then scroll down, you will find quite a few. The stern is "super well documented." The bow is harder to do...lots of blurry images which don't show the holes. Still, with patience I found some.
Fine video of the sub being moved. Whole of stern is actually not too clear, however, at about 1:19 you can make out a part of it. Bow shows up about 1:45, & again at about 3:43 :
