Re: Red Frog Hobbies - Anyone had issues with them?
I tried calling again on Saturday 9/26 with no luck. No one picked up and couldnít leave a voicemail. I filed a dispute with PayPal, so letís see where it goes. I realize with COVID that some businesses made be slow it getting orders out, but there is no way to check on my order status on the website and the fact that they are unresponsive is troubling.
I will keep all of you posted on developments.
I placed a small order with Red Frog Hobbies, which are based in Missouri, last Saturday, 9/19. I paid via PayPal and got the paid order confirmation immediately. Orders take 3-5 days to ship. I sent an email to the address on their website on 9/22 to ask for a status, no reply. I just tried calling their number and the voicemail box is full. I just shot them another email.
Does anyone have an experience dealing with Red Frog Hobbies? If I don't hear back today I am going to file a claim with PayPal.
