I placed a small order with Red Frog Hobbies, which are based in Missouri, last Saturday, 9/19. I paid via PayPal and got the paid order confirmation immediately. Orders take 3-5 days to ship. I sent an email to the address on their website on 9/22 to ask for a status, no reply. I just tried calling their number and the voicemail box is full. I just shot them another email.
Does anyone have an experience dealing with Red Frog Hobbies? If I don't hear back today I am going to file a claim with PayPal.
